New to jiu jitsu—or just want a fun way to move your body?
This women’s intro class, led by owner and Head Coach Brian Lombardi, mixes solo movements and light partner drills for a low-impact workout that builds strength, mobility, and flexibility. No live sparring, no pressure—just a supportive way to learn the basics of jiu jitsu while getting a great workout. Come try something new and have some fun on the mats!
